CAN-Bus Protocol: Fully compliant with ISO 11992 communication protocols.
High Sampling Rate: High-speed Data Acquisition (DAQ) at 1 kHz and above enables response time measurements with millisecond precision.
User-Friendly Interface: A PC-based test management system offering real-time graphical analysis and automatic reporting features.
Trailer Tests
Annex 6: Response Time Test
The system simulates the tractor vehicle and applies instantaneous pneumatic pressure or digital signals (braking via CAN-Bus) to the control line. Data from pressure sensors mounted on the trailer are collected and recorded with millisecond precision.
Automatic Air Tank Capacity Verification According to ECE R13 Annex 7 (8-Stroke Test)
This test verifies the capacity of trailer air tanks to ensure that safe braking performance can be maintained even when the energy source from the tractor vehicle is interrupted.

Annex 6 – Response Time
Precision Timing with Dual-Switch Triggering
The R13-TU system features an advanced brake pedal triggering mechanism equipped with dual high-speed switches to eliminate operator-induced delays.
Initial Contact Switch (T0): Detects the moment the brake pedal begins to move with millisecond precision. This time point forms the start of the response time measurement in accordance with the ECE R13 standard.
Full Press Switch (Tmax): Detects the moment the brake pedal reaches maximum displacement, enabling detailed and comprehensive analysis of the system’s pressure rise curve.
